    OSCAR RENT A CAR GENERAL CAR LEASE TERMS

        DRIVING LICENCE AND AGE

      1 years of age for groups A,B,C,D and minimum two years of licence experience; 21 years of age for groups E,F,G,H and minimum two years of licence experience; 25 years of age for groups 1-K and minimum two years of licence experience are required to rent a car.

        TYPES OF RENTALS

Daily Rentals: Daily rate plus per Km. charge. Minimum one day rental.
Unlimited Km. Rentals: Daily rate. No additional charge per Km.
Long-Term Rentals: Minimum one month rental. Special rates apply.
Rates include oil, maintenance, and total insurance (up to the legal limits.) Exclusive gasoline.

        PAYMENT

      No prepayment or deposit is required for all major credit card holders. In all other cases, a payment of %30 more than estimated rental charge is necessary. 1/4 of daily charge will be collected for each hour of late delivery. Full day charge shall be required for delays exceeding 4 hours.

        DELIVERY AND COLLECTION

      Cars are being delivered in cities which have our offices. It is applied one way transfer. The transfer fee is calculated according to kilometers. Further information please call our cusmoter represantative.

        INSURANCE

      INSURANCE Collision damage waiver is void if the driver is intoxicated or under the effect of drugs; if legal speed limits are violated; or if an on-site police traffic accident report is not submitted. Wind-screen damage, left of spare-tire, car permission papers, registration plate, fire extinguisher, etc, internal or external equipment, loss or damage of customers private materials, damage due to misuse of vehicle, loss of vehicle are not covered by insurance.

       OSCAR RENT A CAR SERVICES

      Car rental reservations are possible in all Oscar Rent  A Car Offices and no cost charged for cancellation. Foreign language speaking drivers can be provided requiring additional charge. Upon request, roof rack and child seats are also available with 24 hours prior reservation and they are supplied wit and extra charge. INSURANCE DOES NOT COVER TYRE PUNCTURES, WINDSCREEN OR HEADLIGHTS BREAKAGES, THEFT OF SPARE TYRE AND RADIOS-TAPES AND DAMAGES DUE TO MISUSE OF CAR. IN CASE OF ANY ACCIDENT THE CLIENT IS SUPPOSED TO ASK FOR THE CORRESPONDENT POLICE AND ALCOHOL REPORT IMMEDIATELY, WITHOUT MOVING THE RENTED CAR FROM THE PLACE OF THE ACCIDENT. OTHERWISE C.D.W. IS CONSIDERED VOID.
